What to Expect
Tailwheel aircraft fly just like regular airplanes once you get them in the air. It's their landing, takeoff, and ground handling characteristics that makes them unique and challenging. You will receive ground training, taxi practice, airborne maneuvers to build rudder skills, then we will bring it all together with a lot of takeoffs and landings. Once everything is covered and you are found to be competent in all the maneuvers...you will receive a tailwheel endorsement.
